Alpha Grant Management Pty Ltd provides video production services including filming, editing, and content delivery, as agreed upon in client contracts.
Invoices are issued monthly for retainer packages and upon completion for project work. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date.
Clients own final delivered content upon full payment. Alpha Grant retains the right to use samples of work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Retainer agreements require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation. Project cancellations may incur fees for work already undertaken.
